Village of Luck Housing Purchase or Rehabilitation Loan Program
Applications are being accepted at Village Hall for Homeowner and Landlord-Owned housing rehabilitation and home purchasing assistance. If you need financial assistance to complete that home repair project or purchase a home, stop by Village Hall today to pick up an application and learn more about the program and eligibility requirements.
Business Assistance
The Village of Luck has information on a number of programs designed to help local businesses including a revolving loan fund, the downtown façade loan program, the micro loan fund program and the technology enterprise fund. Call Village Hall or stop by to learn more about these programs.
2008 Village Audit Available
The Village of Luck Board of Trustees will soon begin the budgeting process for fiscal year 2010. You may review the Village’s audit by clicking on the link below or picking up a paper copy at Village Hall. All Village Board meetings are open to the public. The regular Village Board meeting is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm at Village Hall. For information on additional meetings please check our calendar of events, call Village Hall, or contact any board member. We welcome your input and involvement throughout the budgeting process and all year long.
